Cleaning a tank to sell

good rinse and soak it in heavy vinegar/water solution. Let it sit for a day or two. I've circulated water and it's helped while letting it soak but not necessary. dump the water and while still wet start wiping down with a wet clean rag. Have a razor blade (glass tanks only) ready and simply scrape off the hard to remove stuff. and Rinse. Real easy to do
