For a good over simplified way to set up your lights for a mixed reef I would set up like this:
10-12hrs total, max intensity around 35%-45% (start on the lower end of that, and work upward), peak at "YOUR 100%" (meaning 35%-45%) for about 4-6 hrs a day
schewdule we use lookis like the following:
12a - 830a : 0%
9a: 20% all blues
930a: 20% all blues, uv etc
10a: 80% 20k
1130a: 100% 14k
330p: 100% 14k
530p: 80% 20k
730p: 20% all blues, purples etc
830p:0% everything
you can try this same set up but remember that "100%" for you is actually 35%-45%, or 80% for you would actually be 28%-36%
