Anyone here have experience with aquacave.com? They have had my order for over two weeks and taken money out of my account, but haven't even acknowledged the order. I called them today to ask what was happening and their response was that I had cancelled the order (which I hadn't). When asked why they didn't refund it, if it was cancelled, they only said, the refund will be in your account in the next 24-48 hours and thanks for the call. :wacko (2):

Never had problems with them. This summer, I ordered the Cerebra from them and then cancelled it after the two month backorder with no problems. You just have to call them. They never charged my credit card either. But that's just my experience with them.

I've ordered with them a few times but it has been several years ago. I always had a good experience with them in the past.

It's been years since I ordered from them but I've never had any problems. Just file a claim with your credit card, they'll take care of it.
