Hi guys! Happy New Year to everyone. I'm contemplating on changing my heaters in my DT (370g). Currently I have 2 300w heaters in my sump. If I wanted to remove them and have just one heater, how big of a heater would I need? Are titanium heaters better? More durable?

Heaters going out prematurely and stray voltage. I had started looking into them for my new build and read a few reviews of people who were not pleased. I guess everyghing is preference, any brand can have a bad unit.

I just got a 800w JBJ True Temp and its great. The sump and frag tank are in the garage and 2x 300w heaters could keep it up to 70 on cold nights.

I just upgraded to an 800w JBJ trutemp myself - I love it! Gone are the days of worrying about a glass heater cracking.

I know it's a bit of a dated thread but posting b/c right now you can get a good deal on one at TB Aquatics' going out of business sale
