I have a tank that's been up and running for a year or so and have noticed some flat worms on my glass and going to tear the system down and restart everything. But I want to keep all my nice coral collection still so can I house coral in a 20 long with a hob filter with no live rock just a frag rack and surculation pump and light?

You might want to have someone hold frags for you instead. No live rock means that there is no biological filtration and parameters could get out of whack pretty quickly. Just my 2

Perhaps you have some reefer friends that can hold your frags for you once you dip them a few times
