You need to get yourself some test kits.

Nitrate and Phosphate. Nitrate I would go with Salifert or Red Sea... Phosphate I would go with the Hanna Checker.

But Algae grows when there is an excess amount of nutrients (Nitrate and Phosphate).

You have a saltwater tank with a hang on filter, not the best setup long term to be honest.

Regular water changes will be your best friend for that tank.

Nitrate is high at 20 ppm. Im betting your phosphates are high also.
Did you use wet live rock or dry rock when you setup you tank?

What happen was that i over feed with frozen food and the algae its because the sun rayes is hiting it this tank is about 7 months old im going to up gread with a 30L gallon tank

Yes i do have some in this tank i have two snails two hermit crab a scarlet shrimp and a goby and a pistol shrimp
