Well, it all depends on what you keeping in your tank. Also what type of lights you switch out previously and par. I always start low then acclimate the corals to the new lights.
Its hard to tell tell it depends on how high your lights are the intensity of lights can u post a pic of tank and controller it would be a guess unless they have the same lights but we can try
