What do you use to calibrate your temp?

What do you use as a standard baseline to calibrate your temp probes? Here what I use

Infrared laser temp prob

Seneye monitor was off by 1 degrees

I used my thermapen digital thermometer that I used for cooking.

I use my finger. It's accurate within 1 degree.

I don't use anything. I just trust it however it is calibrated when I got it.
