will this bulb work for corals?

Hello I am trying to get into beginner corals and would like to know if this type pf lighting will be enough for corals to stay alive specifically zoas? I have a one long bulb light on my tank and just want opinions if this type if light is good enough. Any opinions are helpful thank you.

That light will not be good enough. You can find some cheap but good used LED lights on ebay or in the market place.

You might get away with it on zoas, and other softies, but t8s in general just don't have enough "oomph."

As long as your tank is no deeper than about 16 inches and the light runs with a reflector and right above the water level, it might pull it off.

Don't go purchasing hundreds of dollars of zoas though. You'll need to test it out for a couple of weeks first.
