Try placing a small piece of ice at the foot then gradually work at getting under the edge of the foot with your fingernail if you have any or a blunt object with with a thin edge.

Hmmm I tried that but maybe I didnt do it long enough howlong did you blow the anemone
I used a pretty strong powerhead for 5 minutes and the sucker finally gave up as released from the rock. Used a small one for twenty minutes and nothing.

Try holding the rock upside and use a Q tip rub it on its foot. It works if u can get to the foot easy. If u can't don't try it

What kind of nem? I have a magnificent that as soon as I turn off the crazy flow it seems to like it starts to puff up its foot and walk off. its just a matter of just gently pulling it off then. Sometimes indirect ice or a gently credit card works too on other nems.
