hey can anyone tell me the name of this green sps coral? I got it from a lfs and he said it was an encrusting sps. But all its been doing for the past 6 months is grow knobs and branches.

look like a leather i have the same thing in my tank[/Q. First of all he says it's a sps which you can clearly see by the pic. A leather does not look like that(at least the ones I have seen). I can't help you here I'm not an sps kind of guy, I'll try to do some research on it.

lol ian. The picture does'nt do much justice. The color of the coral is a lighter blueish green body with forest green tentacles that are tiny

kind of a porite but the polyps arnt normal looking polyps, they are more like thick hairs. but very short
