Reef Snow

Hi, i have a small 10 gallon tank. I wonder if i should use Reef Snow. I wonder if it would pollute my tank causing high nitrate and phosphate. I generally use mysis because through my experience it is the cleanest and least polluted food. What is your experience with Reef Snow?

I only keep zoas, mushroom, torch, anemone and fish right now.

I use reef snow as a binder for other things. I mix Acropower and Red Sea potassium with it. Only use it sparingly. In a small tank with minimal inhabitants, I think the benefit would be neglagable.
