Plumbing questions on new build

I currently have a new buildand my question is I have the tank two holes drilled at the bottom The question is how do I fix this to be like a 3 hole system apparently I can't drill another hole but is ther a plumbing way to ad a emergency drain just to be safe

You could add an overflow box. Personally I think it's unnecessary.

You can use them for a closed loop then drill 3 holes on the back of the tank for overflow. Heres the one I used on my build http://www.glass-holes.com/Threejole-Con-Sombrero-gh3holeysomb.htm or use one of the other companies like reef synergy.

pictures would help. You can always plug up those hole on bottom and add an external overflow box

If both holes are in the overflow box, i would drill hole on the back panel for return. Use the two holes for drain.
