Automatic Skimmer Drain!!

Why not use a float switch to activate the drain for a true automated drain?
Cool idea especially if you go on vacation.

Or why not add the oscillation script to your Apex coding to have it drain at set intervals? And what pump is it that's connected?

What happens if the skimmer keeps overflowing, and it keeps draining it. Tank potentially gets filled with RO/DI water, No thanks.
I drain it once every 5-6 days, and it works great.

I drain it once every 5-6 days, and it works great.
That's why you get a salinity probe and have things shut down if conductivity drops too low.
