Can anyone recommend a good, inexpensive t5 system?

Homw depot sells some 2 lamp racks for about $30.

I was considering building my own canopy and mounting them in it.

Does anyone know of a good one with mpunts and independent cords for each light for less than $70?

I would just keep my eyes out for used. It will be tough to find a, "good" fixture for 70. Well maybe not, size, how many bulbs, ....?

I will take apart and seal the fixtures so it does not rust. That should not be a problem.

Ideally, I'm looking for 4 bulbs, 36"long (i know, t5 is like 34), with a way to be 4 indepent power sources,$25 per controlled bulb.

If i can easily wire 2 and 2 (daisy chaining, not hard) that is my ideal scenario. I want to put the two and two on either side of my leds. The outsides as tandem blues, the insides as tandem white
