Baby snails? or whelks ID please

I would take them out. They reproduce very fast. I had them in my skimmer, pumps and in the pipes. My return pump stopped working cause they got stuck in there. I tried taking all mine out but still see one or two pop up and I'll take them out. I had them for over a year and they became a nuisance just cause they get into everything.
