I have 2 new sensors that I use for ATO this is what I did
When ato1 open then the on
When ato2 closed then off

When do this it fill past both maybe gravity feed through pmup?

If I just use one with just first line it works but want a backup. What am I doing wrong

What kind of pump? Both sensors should shut the pump off

Set fullback on
If Sw1 closed then ATO off
If SW2 closed then ATO off

// assuming that your float switches are NO.
