Could be most or all iOS devices. Cause it cut my posts when I was using my old i7 and still does it even now Im using the X.
Im no expert in coding but I wanna say its something with the apostrophe cause issues. Ive noticed a lot of post cut off where the apostrophe would be. And even some users get weird letters like
