Hows everyone tank temperature with the recent cold spell we had the last couple days?

My heater has been on since the beginning of the week. Hovering around 75 with the bdrm door open. It has gone up to bout 77 the, last 2 night. But geez at 250w on a 60g tank, my utility bill is going to be awful. Gonna skip this wk WC to avoid dropping the temp any further.

I have a 150w in my nuvo 40, temp stays at a steady 78. Holds up well, stays on less time and heats up quicker

I hate to think that about total 1000 Watt of heaters turn on for my tanks to keep them 77 degree.

I have 2X 300 watt heaters on my 135. You don’t want too much heater because if they get stuck they will kill everything... lost a 2 year old clown knife and red Oscar in high school due to a stuck on heater that was too big for the tank :(
