I made my water for water change a few days ago. I tested the DKH and it was lower than my tank DKH. I added some alkalinity to try to rise it to my tank DKH, now the is very cloudy milky like. It's been sitting for a few hours. Should use it, wait, or make a new batch?

How did you add alkalinity? You really can't add alkalinity, but increase it by adding other elements like baking soda. If adding backing soda or baked baking soda it should be disilved in RO/DI first.
