Already talked to sooo many of my importer friends regarding this...
MFNC runs the show and delegates the CITES
MF is a tiny department. They don't evaluate anything, just authorize Health Certs which validates the CITES within the country, but internationally, Health Certs don't mean poo. Just the CITES
Drama is happening, MF's ego needs to be stroked a lil better and maybe with some financial encouragement
They better do it soon, 'cause the Indo coral barons are rich and money rules all in a country dirt poor like indo. Some lil ministry is 'causing millions in lost wages and people's families are going to disappear
