Hi there,

I'm looking for a Mandarin fish that will either eat frozen and or prepared foods. Please pm me if you have 1 or know where I can get one, thanks!

I trained my two by putting them in a small tank with no competitors (in my case a frag tank.) There has to be an ok amount of flow so the mysis and brine look like they are moving. Once they were eating regular I moved them in to my display. Doesn't answer your direct question, but this is a method.

I've bought and trained several over the years. The spotted ones train super fast, like 4 days max. I've never had one turn down PE frozen mysis. Just food for thought. If I was still in GG I'd train one for you. It's really easy with the spotted's. Just use the coral feeder to place the mysis in front of them in a low flow area. They take to it really fast. I feed twice in the evening and it keeps them fat and happy. ;)
