Payments:
Payments MUST be made within 3 days. If arrangement for in-store pick up is made, payment can be delay till agreed pick-up time.
California residents pay 8% Sales Tax
If no notice has been sent within these 3 days, we have the rights to relist the items.
Shipping
We ship out every Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Additional cost can be added for Saturday delivery but we must be notified for that arrangement and extra fees must be paid prior to shipping out.
DOA
In the rare event that DOA(s) occurs please provide a clear photo of the livestock within 2 hours of delivery and store credit will be given excluding shipping. Call our customer service line in this rare event, phone number and email is provided on our website. DO NOT discard item until we have resolved the issue.
Store Pickup
No purchase minimums are needed to qualify for LOCAL PICKUP at our Store front in Anaheim, CA.
No appointment required, just stop by during store hours (can be found on our website).
We're very FLEXIBLE with 'PICK UP' and we're open 7 DAYS a week!!!
When checking out, there will be a drop-down menu for local pickup.
Auction winners MUST contact us within 3 days to notify us of their intent to 'PICK UP'.
Our storage space is EXTREMELY LIMITED and we need local pick-ups to be done within 1 WEEK from the notice.
We reserve the right to relist the items.
