Just picked up a pair at Ellis Aquatic after months of establishing two colonies of copeods and mysid shrimp. Hope they don't kill them too fast.

Nice. Good luck with the pair. What size tank?

I want a pair. I have a 300g and everyday or two I magnet off hundreds of pods off the glass

Where did you get the mysid shrimp for the colonies from? Looking for a few to seed my refugium...

How difficult is growing the mysid shrimp colonies? I NEED a better option for the seahorses.. now I buy 200 live ghost shrimp a month, and half die before I can feed them.. would LOVE to have a colony going!

I just dump them in my tank and refugium and I supplement phytoplankton and zooplankton. Seems to do the trick.
