Default Puppies and Guppies - 07-30-2010, 01:24 PM

Puppies and Guppies is definitely my favorite fish store ever. Greg [the owner] and Jenna are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There fish are super healthy and disease free. There tanks are not over crowded and I have yet to see a single dead or sick fish there.

website is puppiesnguppies.com

I personally like New Age Aquatics better. They are in Tustin also.

Not big on coral selection but they have some very healthy fish, i don't think i have ever bought a sick fish from there. As far as i'm aware Greg is a pretty nice guy. Was he like advertising or something? Sigh, people are different behind the internet

it's not feedback... i didn't say that i hate that place or whatev'skeez... that would be feedback... i just said that this dude was a troll... he didn't know anything about reef keeping, and when i tried to help him out he said i was a newb... lol... he was having problems keeping polyps alive, and i was showing off my acro growth spurts... LOL... it got to the point where he started using foul language and was insulting everyone in the saltwater community... so i banned him... that's the whole story...

now, the other thing i said in my comment is that i hope that he matured since then... if not... well... i wouldn't want to deal with him if he didn't...

looks like puppies and guppies got some cheerleader "drew shark". Been in there 2 times, saw some really sick corals that were dying and they wanted 50 bucks for (orange zoas). Now the same ding dong "drew shark" who wanted me to hold a $30 banded cat shark for a month AND also deliver to Tustin is on here promoting it. Some businesses are just aimed at beginners who know nothing, and some like new age aquatics are more appealing to experienced reefers.
