What should I do?

Before I went to work this morning I looked under my tank ans noticed my skimmer cup was about half full. Came home today and it's filled with water overflowing out of the top?... All the skimmate is back in the tank.Fish and coral look ok. Should I do a big water change? Why would my skimmer do this?

I would think you are okay. Is it a new tank? Any changes lately?

Not a new tank. No changes. Also sump is full of foam. Had to turn the skimmer way down?

dont sweat it, just do a water change like normal not big or xtra.

Maybe something in the tank died and your skimmer is taking it out

Your fine...just do your normal wc and see if ur missing a fish.

Yea, I'd focus more on why your skimmer is going nuts. Have you dosed anything new?
