I would not recommend you run bio pellets and phosguard in the same reactor.
Bio pellets need high flow and need to turn in tumble, phosguard is intended to be a phosphate binder, low flow and not tumble at all, phosguard spheres are brittle and if you tumble them they will disintegrate in the powder and will go into your display tank. That's not something you would want. When you first get phosguard you have to rinse them off really well of all the manufacturing powder.
