Honest feedback? Certainly not product feedback. You guys doctor your product reviews and delete reviews that are overly critical of your products.

All product reviews are moderated.

I do not know the specific circumstances regarding why a review of yours may have been denied publication. I am happy to check to see if it's archived if you PM me your email address and the approximate date the review was submitted. You are also welcome to submit the review again (I know, not convenient) so we can take another look.

There are plenty of negative product reviews on our website (1, 2, 3, 4, ...)

We'll be displaying some simple writing guidelines in the "write a review" window on our website in the weeks ahead, which basically stipulate the following:

  • Keep your review focused on the product. Be detailed and specific.
  • Avoid writing about customer service; contact us if you have issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product.
  • Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as your full name.
  • Do not use offensive or abusive language or profanity.

We'll also be rolling out some additional product review features in the months ahead to improve your shopping experience, like displaying verified buyer badges along with user photos and videos. Your honest product feedback matters greatly to us and your fellow shoppers, which is why we are investing in ways to make our ratings and review system easier to use, more helpful and trustworthy.
