Yep the 12v Buck converter went out. I can fix it today for $30. I have 4 parts on had to fix your eb832

This is no $3 part. The buck converters I buy run $12.98 the tax and shipping. I’ve repaired several members eb832 here.

Eric thanks for the help on getting my energy bar up and running.
Everything working fine now right?

It should last quite a while now. Like I said Neptune used cheap converters. I’ve never had a converter I’ve replaced fail on me or any of the eb832’s I’ve fixed.

I have 4 that need repair. Cheap components. Lost corals because AC didn’t function correctly. dm with details for repair. Not happy with Neptune

Running a 300 gal mixed reef and a 60 gal anemone tank. between Lights, wav power heads, dosing, and external skimmer, I was using 3 eb832s. First one a couple ac outlets went bad and I replaced it with a new one. I’ve had the same problem with the remaining 3. I use them primarily for the dc outputs to run the wav’s and the dos. I added programmable power strips for lights and skimmer
