Quick question... What would cause a Birdsnest to suddenly quit extending polyps?
Everything else is happy...

Among a few other params. Dave you usually know all of your params. Try to throw those in with your posts regarding questions such as this. It will give people a better understanding of your situation and you will probably get your issue resolved quicker.

yeah, the numbers sometime tell it all LOL... Just noticed it when I peeked in the tank on the way out the door to work at 5am... Will check params tonight before WC. Gonna do a 25 gal water change tonight or first thing in the AM tomorrow... Guess I also should get a mag test kit too... Have no clue where my mag numbers are.
Need to get the tank tweaked for the Strawberry shortcake growout...

Well, this morning, it was still brown with the polyps retracted. I get home tonight, and it is Bone white half way up each piece... while watching it I can see pieces of tissue coming off and drifting away in the current... Sigh... does it ever stop?

Nope, no other changes. Been in the same spot since I got it, and it's plug is wedged into a rock.
