Nice! Thanks for the info... I'll have to consider that when it's time...

When should di resign be replaced?
Anything over 0 TDs? Or is under 5 TDs OK?

I'd say order it when you get to 3 TDS and definitely change it by 5 TDS.

When my tds gets to 1, I change it. After 1, I start noticing higher phosphates in my tank. I always have extra DI handy to change it out. Plus I recently added another dual DI after my dual DI. So really I'm always at 0 tds.

4 DIs? You're ballin outta control son!

I kinda want to setup another canister after my DI for a second DI. Then you just move the second to the first and a new one to the second when you replace them since the first stage will get used up faster but the second stage will not be spent. Anyways I've read of setups like this and they sound good.

This only works when u have the TDS meter in between the 1st and second chamber. When the first chamber starts reading 1, then it's time to switch it out.

I'll let Nik answer your questions but if you need extra parts some can be found at Home Depot and all can be found at a hydroponics store.

Yes it does come with a water hose adapter.

Off the top of my head I'd say 5-6 feet.
