So i have a 1.5" hole and a 1.75" hole. The electrical pvc male adapter and the female adapter I got at Home depot are not long enough since glass is thick. Any other way to make a bulkhead? Is there a LFS that sells bulkheads? Do not want to wait for shipping plus if it does not fit I want to exchange fast not wait. By the way I live in Downtown LA if anybody know of close LFS that sell the bulkhead.

I think that should be close enough

Has anybody done DIY Bulkheads I don't mind doing it myself. I am off work these next couple of days and want to have something to do until monday.
the fittings wouldn't be hard, the hard part is the gasket for the bulkhead. making it yourself would not be cost effective, nor efficient use of time.

the time you spend to make a DIY, you would have been better off just calling around to confirm they have the bulkheads you want, and driving.

I had the same issue couldn't find it anywhere! I PM Chance of Coral, sponsor here, and they took care of it.

This is a hobby of patience, wait the 2-3 days and do it right, last thing you want is a diy bulkhead that leaks
