I stopped by the shop today. Did some blue prints of the plumbing for the new frag tanks. And tested the bulk heads all seems ok.

Plumbing will begin this week! Let it dry for a day. Then water will be going in the first 8ft frag tank plumbed to another matured 8ft and a 4ft.

Then, I will be adding more live rock to the sump.

Put in 6 hours last night and another 6 tonight.. Plumbing is done, swapping an 8ft tank with one of ours tomorrow.. Painting the bottom of frag tanks black, Installing the rest of the reefkeepers, and some new heaters. Pictures coming tomorrow

Did a 3-12am shift at the shop today but finished the first system of frag tanks!

Just one more frag tank swap and re-plumb and we are done with the frag tanks! now just add lights, coral and some more live rock! and some carbon and rowaphos :)

Starting to come together nicely. Will you have those returns in the frag tanks where by clicking a button, it turns down the flow so people can see the frags top down? I noticed thats the new trend in more shops these days which is bad@ss because when no one is around, the frags still get plenty of flow.

I have that setup with a garage door opener button and my apex/breakout box for feeding.
