Last night I helped a client demo an old fish room at their office and we dumped the 100g and 150g (or bigger) water tanks by the dumpsters in hopes that they would get picked up by the trash service. They are perfectly clean and safe to use for salt or RODI. First come first serve. If someone picks them up please update the thread... Thanks all!

Plastic water storage tanks to hold salt water and RODI. Bulkhead at the bottom and RO line at the top. They have a big "cap" on the top. They were top notch ;)

I did come up on a free skimmer out of the deal :) Aqua Maxx SK3 (what do those go for used?)
Probably too big for my 150g, but maybe for a future upgrade... or maybe I'll just stuff my tank full of fish

I am not sure who the old tenant at the building was... the new tenants wanted everything gone. The tank and sump are still there, just cleaned. Nobody, including myself, want to move the built-in tank (estimated 30x30x72 center external overflow). The new tenants had the front two exposed panels painted to look like frosted glass. It was a very nice tank at the time and if a contractor type person wanted to remove the tank without damage, they could come up on a beautiful free tank. Maybe even a paid job to finish the hole that will be left in the wall ;) I can try to contact the current tenant if someone is serious about removing the tank WITHOUT DAMAGE to the existing walls and finishes.

The smaller one was 5-6' and the bigger one was 7-8'. They were large and probably bigger that my 100 & 150 estimate...

It's only fair that Nik gets it, he hooked me up with some free xenia a couple years ago :) I'm rooting for you!

...keep fresh water in it and tell the wife that you are ready for "the big one." You are just doing your due diligence...
