What's the most you have spent on a frag???

Seen a lot of crazy prices on the internet. So what is the most you have ever dropped on a frag?? Mine was a purple hornet back when it was the must have zoa. I spent 100 for a single polyp and that was a deal.

I think mine was $40 on a frag. If I am spending more then that I want a mini colony.

I have spent over $500 for a frag, and it died, idiotic and I have learned to not buy into the hype unless i have to have it

Joking aside I trade more now and try to stay away from the Hype.

I spent no more that $25 bucks and I have high end pieces I'm just super patient and find the deals and the right trades

A long time ago I picked up an original bowser from Jason at Aquarium in motion for $25. Thought it was a lot of money at the time. I wish I still had it.

$250 for a single polyp of hallucinations. Luckily it has grown out and still alive. It has more than paid for itself in trades and a few sales. I had trouble selling it at $80 awhile back though so it definitely has gone down in price.

I think if you can keep a high end coral alive it's definitely better to buy just one and trade it to get a bunch of cheaper stuff or other high ends. If you buy a lot of cheap stuff you're going to have a hard time trading or selling.
