What is the process of getting a replacement tank

BoUghh a tank today and the side panel is cracked

I noticed we had communicated via PM here in the past, so I retrieved your email address, spoke to our assistant customer support manager, and learned that you were you were refunded for the tank today. Sorry for the trouble! Although seldom, tanks do break in transit sometimes so we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right.

Yes thank you for the refund i totally understand about the potential damage in the shipping process i would have been more than happy to get a new tank replacement from you guys but was notified that the next shipment wont be till 3 weeks later

Ill be a return customer that forsure
