UPDATE Tank is doing great. Had a few acros bleach from an alk drop a few weeks ago, but they're all coming back slow and steady. Other than that, everything is happy and healthy. Currently, my levels are: Salinity 1.024 Temperature 78 Ph 8.2 Alkalinity 9 dkh Calcium 480 ppm Phosphate 0 ppm...

My 90 has 3/4 inch plumbing, and my little 30 gallon nanocube has 3/8" and 1/2" plumbing. The pump running the little tank on full blast runs my 90 gallon on 1/2 power awesome. Seemed to make a difference. There's a fine line between adding a faster jet, and just putting a ton of back pressure...

I'm gonna have to agree with you. My rock started out white and then turned yellowish as it aged and is becoming covered in coraline now.

I just used black 3/8" bird netting and you can't even tell it's there! I'm sure the clear would help somewhat, but nowhere near the amount that people make it sound like. Good luck!
