If you are looking for that small of a tomini, your best bet is online or at a LFS. most people selling fish do so because they are getting to big or because they don’t get along with others (unlikely for a baby tomini)

Yup Nerite snail eggs. a bit annoying when they get rocks since the outline of the shell remains after hatching as they are hard unlike other snail eggs. Most will go away but some will leave an outline

The Tang has been rehomed! Was surprisingly easy to catch, took 30 seconds and got him on my first try without a net. Was worrying about nothing it seems.
