How much do you want to spend? I started with a Rebel XTI then went to a 50D now a 5D, and shooting my reef with my 100mm macro is awesome. But you could go with one of the Rebels and spend your $ on good lenses. But I would go with Canon all the way !! Better processors

I have a BRS Bio Pellet Reactor and at first i could not get it to work right, it seemed like it would work great for a few days then slowly get weaker & weaker, so i took a razor blade & ran in between the slits on the bottom of the cartridge ( made them a little bigger ) and now it runs great...
