I havent actually setup my trident yet but sounds like you can manually override the calibration values testing with an external method to bypass the calibration solution issues, that’s a handy advantage
if I buy the reagents now I presume I should get a stable calibration solution

I picked up a used trident and was thinking about just going this route right out of the gate.
I left an 1/8” gap accross the entire weir below the trim so that should give me the space I need for 1000 gph without issue. The pic is misleading the gap is consistent lol but the trim isn’t.
