It is good light for beginners reef light with full spectrums, low cost light compare to other name brand. The digital controller allow you settings some different light schedules from 0-100% in 5% increments. Only able to change blue and white as I remembered. I am using HD light for now

Yep, natural gas price went up due to the war. My bill went from $80 last year to $450 this year.

The most important is don't pop any of them in the tank. Remove it outside and rinse well before place rock/ corals back in the tank

They normally eat left over food when you feed the fish. Few pieces of flake should be good every other days or remove it from the tank if you don't have aiptiasa problems
