I found this online but it is too expensive for me. Considering that I am building a 10'' X 6'' island overflow box. I found some solutions online with egg crate. But also heard forum posts from people that the holes are too big and even clowns can get through them. Is that true?

Hey guys, I am planning to make an island overflow box with Acrylic. But I am stuck at the Weir Comb part. I couldn't figure out a way to drill the comb. I don't have the tools. Can anyone help me out on this? Or Can just buy the weir comb from somewhere?
