I have a wp40 in my 60" long 120g and I have no water movement issues. I would say for a 36" tank I would stick with a wp25. That's just my $.02.

Thank you for the kind words. I do not know for a fact of any store that carries it. You can try calling "Aquatic Warehouse", they have a big selection there and almost always have what I need. Most of the other stores around here are pretty small and don't have a big selection.
