I bought a 50 pound box of the Marco Rock Key Largo stuff about 6 months ago and used about 25 pounds on my new 60G setup, so I have 25 pounds (weighed on a scale) that I have no use for. $30 takes it all. I'm in Oceanside and would prefer to meet somewhere locally; they are just rocks, after all.

I absolutely agree and most of the people who contacted me are from OC, but the drive isnt worth it to me for rocks. Definitely for a larger sale or if I am going there anyway, but to just drive up to OC for this purpose isnt worth it.

Yeah, thats a pretty far drive for a box of rocks. I still have the rock. Lots of offers, but I just cant meet anyone 50+ miles away when this is only a $40 sale. I would otherwise, but its just not worth the drive for me. Still for sale.

I do have a TDS, but from what research I have done, it sounds like PO4 can be present even though the 0 reading on the TDS meter. BTW, I do have in and out TDS meters on my RO/DI system, but I am just trying to figure out if the API kit is just wrong or if somehow I have PO4 in my product water.

To make this a short question, I wont put in all the background information but does anyone either a) have a phosphate testing instrument, such as the Hanna Checker, who would be willing to test a few samples for me or b) know of anywhere that I can send a few samples to have them tested for...

I drain the canisters every time after I make water and I am going to test phosphates in the product water as soon as I get home. EDIT: Negative result on the product water for PO4

I have a SpectraPure MaxCap 5 stage system with the dual TDS meters and right now, I have 0 TDS in the product water. I run the fuge lights for 14 hours on a reverse cycle. Maybe phosphates are the issue with the cheato dying?
