Can someone help me ID this type of coral? I've had it for quite awhile, fragged it a few times and it keeps just growing new heads faster and faster. Used to know what it was, but I cannot remember.

Awesome torch collection! Looking at the light reflection I'm curious, is that the Reef Brite XHO Add-On Kit? If so, how do you like it?

I tend to agree with Jimbo, there's not too much to be concerned about going from 8.2 to 8.5. I was chasing numbers at one point with pH and tried CO2 scrubbing in the evenings and saw some success, but eventually I stopped as the swings didn't seem like an issue worth chasing.

How about getting into culturing, growing, and breeding things other hobbyists and LFS always need. Phyto, baby brine, Berghia Nudibranchs, heck even aptasia has a market for Berghia breeders.

I have an Orchid Dottyback with what I can only call pretty severe fish scoliosis. He does nothing but waddle around the tank, swimming all weird because of his back. Actually a pretty unique fish, but definitely doesn't have a job in my tank.

I've heard some horror stories about Six Lines. I have only had one experience with a Six Line and it did not end well. A buddy of mine was quarantining a couple new fish he got (one of which was a Six Line) and a McCosker's Fairy Wrasse I had just picked up. The fish were in those little cube...

How do you like the lid from Kraken? I just switched to this exact same tank and am running mounted Radions that don't really work with the lid IM included.

As others have mentioned if you can afford it, grab a light you can use when you inevitably decide to expand/upgrade. When I jumped back into the hobby after a 12 year "break" I started with a little Kessil A80 and a month later I was buying Radions. In hindsight, I should have just started with...
