Yes I had to sand them down but not too much, the key to making clean plywood cuts is using a plywood specific blade and putting painters tape where your making the cut, it helps the wood from splintering. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just finished building a stand for my 55, I'll tell you now you need to get the correct wood working tools (which can all be had from harbor freight for relatively cheap) and a lot of patience, cuts have to be very precise if you want it to look decent. Other than that it's just some screws...

Ended up with roughly 30 lbs of dead rock from another reefer here. Sorta Achieved the same result.

So I added the dead rock to my tank, soaked it real good then scrubbed it. It has been roughly 24 hours and no ammonia yet Im gonna wait a little longer and see what happens.

hmmm I saw a couple of dead clowns, some of the damsels had some sort of hole in his side like a desease, and there was some sort of eel that was dead and half eaten in one tank. I do agree service was great Im just super picky about where I get fish. I hope it does turn out to be a good spot...

Anyone bought anything from LAX aquarium recently? Supposedly it went through a change of ownership and its doing a lot better but I went by there and saw one too many dead fish in their tanks to pull the trigger on buying anything.
