You have you shutter opening for too long, its on long exposure setting, try shooting in auto or manual and have you shutter at over 200 and see if you have the same issues. I can take a look if youre close to HB??

Did you check the fuse on the DC4? Do you see a red or green led light lit up under the DC4 when plugged into wall?
