I assume you guys use sold bar aluminum for your stands, not tube right? Do you use a specific grade? 6061 is weldable right? 7075 isn't I know, 5052 is, but usually only used if you have to bend AND weld and since welding is all that the stands need then 6061 probably gives the best strength?

Wow these stands look amazing! Are they made from solid bar aluminum? What series of aluminum is used for this, 5052 or 6061? Are there any concerns or issues with weight limits using aluminum over steel? I wasn't aware aluminum was strong enough for an application like this? Do you ship...
