Fresh corals alway takes time. What indication make you believe it's partiality bleached?

The pale pastel color, I can see that it’s partially bleached by looking at it based on my many years in the hobby and working with Acros. I don’t think it’s ethical to sell a partially bleached, newly imported wild coral for top dollar like that. It’s not cool. If you want to be a good seller and build a nice reputation you could sit on it for a few weeks and let it recover. Then after it’s recovered, make your frags and let them heal for another two weeks, and then sell them. That’s how it’s done.
If you’re just looking to make a quick buck off live animals and are ok with people dropping $500 for a coral that is not likely to make it as a fresh cut frag in its current state, then ignore me and proceed.

Got it. I agree. I'm not out to make a quick buck. That is sound advice.

I appreciate this post so much more than the quick "partially bleached". I've been in the hobby for 10+ yrs but mostly as a consumer. Getting wild stuff in to try to find that one nice gem piece is tough.. guess I got ahead of myself and wanted to share.

All pending sale will be cancelled due to sound advice.

I'll post updates and progress of this Tenius on my Instagram so others can experience the many changes corals go through.

Fyi.. I have 3 frags in 2 different systems with slightly different lights to test the growth and coloration. All there healthy so far.

Good man. I appreciate you. It does look like you’ve found a gem. Excited to see it when it’s acclimated and recovered.
