My Apex classic won't connect to fusion. The weefee extender is working fine. I don't have a display for it. So what can I do or should I do.

You can try going to apex.local once both devices are on the same network. If not then connect the apex to your router using a cat 5 cable and program it from there

I have that problem everytime after a power outage. When my power comes back on I have to unplug my wifi that's connected to the Apex for a few minutes and plug it back in. It then takes several minutes for the Apex to reboot.

What action reboots the apex
From you Apex controller:
1 Press SYSTEM- under the system menu scroll down to Net Setup and press enter.
2. Press Net Set up- scroll down to restart and press enter.
3.screen should go blank for a few minutes as the system reboots. After it is finished rebooting it should reconnect to your home router.

Is there anyway to do that without a display

You can borrow my display if you're close by but I manage to program apex without displays typically.
